We use a "first-with-a-deposit" method to determine who may rent a particular date or time. Begin by looking for available dates, then quote them in your phone message to the Hall Office, or in an e-mail request. Contact information and offices hours are in the sidebar to the right of the calendar. Many of the events shown in the calendar involve a Community League group or Community Operated Programme already scheduled. These cannot be changed to accommodate an outside rental unless the event is specifically endorsed by the Argyll Community League.
Once our Facility Manager has compared your request against any others under consideration you will be contacted about your request. You may be invited to visit the facility, confirm the date and times, provide a deposit, and sign our rental contract –or– you may be told the date is unavailable. Other dates may be discussed with the Office Manager directly if you wish to pursue them.
Your event will only considered confirmed when our Office Manager has a signed Rental Contract. All other discussions are considered tentative until a Rental Contract has been signed and a deposit payment received. Rental rates appear elsewhere in our "Contact" page
